CISF detains Kolkata man for sending photo of terrorist aboard Jet Airways flight

A Jet Airways passenger was detained by the CISF at Kolkata's Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport.

According to NDTV, the man, identified as Yog Vedan Poddar, was seen sending a photograph of a masked man with a comment that said he would blow up the plane.

The flight 9W472 was going from Kolkata to Mumbai, and was taxing on the runway ready for take-off at 8.15 am when a passenger saw the man posting the photo with the words "terrorist, destroy". "The alarmed passenger then discreetly informed one of the cabin crew, following which the plane returned to the parking bay at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport," the report added.
